You didn't start your business to drown in it.

I give you your time back - and the breathing room to actually use it.

Virtual Executive Assistance who helps small business owners and solopreneurs get out from under the weight of their to-do list, and back to doing the work only they can do.

You know what needs to get done. You're just too deep in the doing of it to get ahead of it. The admin, the emails, the scheduling, the content - it piles up fast when you're running everything alone.

I step in as your behind-the-scenes support: someone who doesn't just tick tasks off a list, but genuinely invests in your business the way you do.

This is what it looks like to have someone truly in your corner.

WHO’S BEHIND THE WORK

Someone who understands what it means to build something from nothing.

I grew up in a household where cheese was a luxury. I earned my first pocket money washing cars. I put myself through university while working two jobs.

That upbringing gave me something no qualification ever could: the drive to show up fully, every single time - for myself, and for the people who trust me with their business.

  • "You have been an absolute lifesaver for me in so many ways. I have worked with other VA's but no one has ever come close to the quality and efficiency that you are able to provide in the work you do alongside me. You are consistent and reliable, oftentimes more reliable than even I am with my own business."

    Carla

  • "I've begun to see my business as BC and AC (Before Carolyn and After Carolyn). I don't say this lightly: Carolyn has been the best thing I've ever done for my business, except for starting it. "

    Caylee

  • "I have found working with you to be so much more than just VA support - you are an inspiration and a joy to meet with each week and I’ve loved every aspect of our journey together so far. I can’t thank you enough for all that you do, Carolyn. You make such a difference in my world and I am so grateful for all your support.”

    Sonja

  • “Your competence is genuinely golden. We are dealing with a 25 Billion Dollar company and your tone, process and aptitude have been in line with that level of business.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED

You probably have questions. Here are the ones I get asked most, answered honestly.

  • If you're consistently running out of time, putting off important tasks, or sacrificing your personal life just to keep up - then yes, you probably do. You don't have to be at breaking point to ask for support. Most of my clients wish they'd done it sooner.Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. A Virtual Assistant will help you on your journey.

  • This is the most common concern I hear - and it's completely valid. You've built your business with your own hands, and trusting someone else with it is a big step. My onboarding process is designed to make this feel manageable, not overwhelming. We take it at your pace.

  • We start with a conversation to understand your business, your pressure points, and what you need most. From there, I work with clear deadlines and keep you updated throughout - you'll always know where things stand.

  • Every task is tracked to the minute using time-tracking software. You'll receive regular updates on your hours used, and any unused time carries over to the following month. We'll find a plan that fits your budget and your needs.

  • Completely. Confidentiality is non-negotiable for me. I use LastPass for secure password sharing - meaning I can access your accounts without ever seeing your actual credentials.

  • Absolutely. I work with clients locally and internationally. Time zones haven't stopped us yet.

Your business deserves more than whatever's left of you at the end of the day. Let's change that.

Imagine starting your week knowing the admin is handled, the content is scheduled, and someone who genuinely cares is already three steps ahead.

That's what working together looks like.

If you're ready to stop running on empty, I'd love to hear from you. The first conversation is free, informal, and zero pressure.
