  • The Virtual Avenue offers several plans for client use, each plan defines the service offered and billing terms. We will work with you to determine which plan is best for you, in terms of budget and need.

  • The Virtual Avenue uses a computer-based, time tracking software so that every task is tracked to the minute.  You will be updated about the time used throughout the month. Any time not used for the month will be carried over for the following month.

  • Confidentiality is an integral part of our business. We take all security and privacy issues very seriously and stringently insist on the utmost professionalism from our staff. The Virtual Avenue works with the password-sharing platform called LastPass which gives our clients the option to share details in private. We don't see your details, but we're able to log into your accounts as the platform auto-fills the details cells.  The Virtual  avenue provides confidential information to staff on a need-to-know basis. In addition to this, all VA's are required to individually sign NDA's.
